Legacy → modern
System upgrades
Bring older panels and detectors up to date, with fewer false alarms, clearer zoning and a system that's ready for years to come.
When to upgrade
If your panel is more than 15 years old, parts are getting hard to find, you're seeing repeat faults or you're struggling with false alarms, it's probably time. We can usually upgrade in stages, keeping your system live throughout.
What we upgrade
- Conventional → addressable
- Wired → hybrid wireless
- Detector head replacement
- Re-zoning for clarity
- Cabling improvements
- Voice alarm conversion
- Networked panels
- Cause-and-effect re-engineering
Cutting false alarms
Modern multi-sensor detectors are far better at telling a real fire from steam, dust or cooking fumes than older optical-only heads. We'll look at your alarm history, find the worst offenders and replace them selectively. You don't always need a whole new system.
