When to call us
If your panel is showing a fault, a zone is in trouble, sounders keep going off, or a contractor has accidentally cut a cable, call us. We can often be on site the same day, and our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, every day.
We help everyone, including on systems we didn't install. Maintenance contract customers are prioritised.
How it works

- Quick triage over the phone. Sometimes we can sort it there and then
- We agree the call-out charge before anyone sets off
- An engineer is sent within the agreed window
- Diagnosis on arrival, with a written quote for any parts
- Most faults are fixed on the first visit
Out of hours
Alarms don't keep office hours, so neither do we. Our 24-hour emergency line is open to all customers, contract or not, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. No call centre and no script: just someone who knows fire alarms.
